Do I need an account?
You don't have to make an account to order from the webshop of Generation GAJA. 


I did not receive an order confirmation
First check if the confirmation might have ended up in your spam inbox. You can also check if money has been deducted from your bank account, in this case the order has always gone through correctly. If there are still doubts, you can always contact the customer service. 


Can I pay safely?
Customers can pay safely through the webshop of Generation GAJA using various payment options.


What payment options do you have?
Ideal, Mastercard, Visa, Pay pal, Mr Cash, Giropay and Sofort.


Can I pay afterwards?
At this moment it is not yet possible to use an option to pay afterwards. This will probably change in the future.


How long does shipping take?
When an order is placed before 7:00pm the order will be processed the same day. In the Benelux we strive to deliver the package the next day. For the other countries we strive to deliver within 2-4 working days.


I have not received my order
Please contact DHL and see if they can find out where the parcel was delivered to. Please also contact Generation GAJA so they can keep track of the situation and help you.


How do I return?
Returns are at the expense of the consumer. The shoes must be packed neatly and unused in the original box and then sent to the external warehouse. The address of the warehouse can be found on the enclosed packing slip in the package. Please include the packing slip in the return package as well.

When can I expect my money back?
When we have received the confirmation of the return in good condition, we strive to refund the amount to your account within 2 days.

How long do I have warranty?
Despite the inspection that has been carried out, it is possible that after receiving the product a material or manufacturing defect is discovered. Defects not caused by wear and tear will be repaired by an expert. If repair is not possible, an alternative solution will be offered. A legal manufacturer's warranty of 6 months applies.
 

Do you have physical stores?
Generation GAJA shoes are for sale at several physical stores. These stores can be found in the store locator. Keep in mind that physical stores may not offer our entire collection.
