Shipping
Orders placed before 7:00pm will be processed the same day. The orders are shipped via DHL. Generation GAJA has a free shipping policy for orders above €50,-. For orders under €50,- the following prices apply:

BE/DE: €6,95
AT/SP/FR/PT/PL/HU/SL/HR/CZ: €10,-
DK/SE/FI/EE/LT/LV: €14,95
Tracking
After ordering, customers receive an e-mail from Generation GAJA containing the Track and Trace code of the package. With this code the package can be followed through the website of DHL.

Return
Customers are entitled to a reflection period of 30 days. This requires the product to be unused and returned in its original packaging. The packaging slip be included in the package. Returning orders is at the expense of the consumer. Keep the shipping ticket until the return is properly processed and a confirmation of this is received.

Refund
Customers will be refunded within 2-5 days after approval of the returned product. The refund will be made in the same way the product was paid for.

Discount codes and coupons
Discount codes can be entered in the appropriate field during the ordering process. Codes can not be combined with each other and will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
Something wrong with the product?
Did the product arrive damaged or broken? Please let us know within two days via e-mail. Please mention the order number and send at least two pictures of the damage or defect. This way, it will be assessed and resolved as quickly as possible.
